Ek kan seker maar my naam op die survivor list sit.  Nogal op die Roll of honor  eepwall:  Nie eers een keer geval nie.

Die keer toe DikCobra my moes help keer om die bike nie neer te sit nie, tel glo nie   :imaposer: :imaposer:

Dit was lekker om almal te ontmoet en nou kan ek sien hoekom meeste avatars nodig het   :ricky:

Ek het gisteraand belowe een keer was genoeg, maar nou begin ek al anders voel.  Net nie weer die sandpad Pan toe nie asb.

So I believe the new LC GS cleaned everyone up in the drags, impressive!! Anyone have a 1190 there?

Looks like I chose a good one to sit out, I'm sure my eagerness would have gotten me into as much trouble as Mambat with those power slides.

The pan looked nice and hard as well, perfect for top end runs.

I would just like to set the record straight. I’m not totally unfamiliar with the concept of balancing on and riding on two wheels. I had a little 125 scooter in school and in varsity I had a Honda twister (both of which was pretty much ridden to class and back home).

I’ve only started riding two wheels and anything bigger than 600cc on gravel since I started at Donford two months ago, and I absolutely positively love it! The culture, the scenery, the people and the sound of bikes lining up and revving their engines as if petrol is for free.

As for the riding, everyone had something to teach me and I listened eagerly. From how to ride, what to ride and how fast to ride. Mambat shared some of his tips on Friday night next to the campfire and I took with me as much as I could – He is afterall a very experienced and good rider. The ‘mannewales’ on the pun was more a case of monkey see monkey do ☺  - but suppose I should consider getting a mentor hehe.

Thanks Stoffel for a great trip, and thanks everyone for your advice and riding tips. I look forward to many more adventures and getting to know everyone better. To all the fallen - Get well soon!

Stunning scenery and great RR! I hope all the ous that crashed on the way back home now realize that "No pain no gain" is just another phrase in the english language
which means that you were a twatwaffle for having the big number and you are now in Hospitaal having those lekka cherries known as nurses giving you the jab of your desire
called Phethidene if you are lucky.
If you want to boost the effects of phethidene and you are a smoker send me a PM and I will gladly respond with advice to make your stay in hospitaal a more pleasant one.
To go and crash your bonie on a semi desert run seems freaking stupid to me. No worries been there and done it myself, but why so many casualties?
Strongs to the ous in hospitaal and you just gotta convince the head nurse that you need some pethidene. Where can I get this drug?

My en my bike se vermoens was tot die uiterste toe beproef - veral die laaste 120 km na die pan toe was n afk@k.
Sondagoggend terug het ons gelukkig n ander roete (korter en makliker) gery.
Ek het darem een top end run op die pan gedoen (op en af) - en dit was kwaai. My spoed is n geheim.
