I am a complete noob to bike riding, and I followed Smithy from another forum board (unrelated to biking) to this very interesting location in cyberspace.
After over a year in deciding if I wanted to take up bike riding, I eventually taken the step and purchased a bike and gear. This after also many discussions with other individuals on website I am from and my friends who also ride bikes too. Oddly enough my friends mostly ride BMW F650GS [Dakar or FL] too, so I going to feel at home with them going on bike adventures that I have been missing out on for the last few years.
I only have my gear, and going to pick up my bike in January once I have my Bike Learners License and done a bike riding course.
