Part 2 - Monantsa Border post - Meiringskloof
Shortly after entering Lesotho we got to this steep downhill with a river crossing at the bottom
The group having a laugh while Jules is commanding those walking down (or up ) to "Left-right, left-right". Any chance he was a sergeant-major in a past life?
Next stop was where we met the "other way round" group of Shakes, Sandman, Crop sprang and Woolley Bugger helping JohnST to fix his punctures
How many WD's does it take to fix a puncture? This turned out to be a huge group effort....
Jules doing his best to "splash" out.
Li coming through....

A quick break for directions - TG and JohnST stopped for directions and I came roaring in with a brake slide ( inspired by the eminent Plottie  ), only to drop it as I stopped, making a right a$$ of myself but providing ample entertainment to the others... :-[ I guess that happens when you're "windgat"
A view of the Caledon valley
Back at camp...
Zagser doing his bit for the camp fire...
and DeonDJ - you can't hide from all the cameras
Now this is the assortment of condiments I like
We saw Kosmos in full bloom the whole weekend but even more so on the way home

All in all, an awesome weekend - thanks you to all the WD's. It was nice meeting new WD's and riding (and visiting) with old friends. Thanks to Heuweltop (and JohnST for convincing her), TG's confidence and skill moved up a notch. Well done TG.
Can't wait for the next one. "Fluit, fluit my storie is uit"
