We left early on Friday after much anticipation for the East Cape bash near Steytleville. We decided to try do all dirt and meet the PE dogs at GrootPoort.
We had an absolute blast, and I had thepleasure of also having the DRZ to ride at times! Grant was here on holiday from Oz and took my DRZ for the weekend.  !st stop was on the Riebeck East dirt highway

The mornings weather looked ominous, but was still lovely and I found a beautiful dam behind the campsite....it was there the previous evening, just very blurred

We decided a proper brekkie was in order, and headed for weavers b+b in Steytleville - always great food and atmosphere there!

And then it rained! Properly!
