Ok so after a week or so of messing around and having my battery checked, it is all fine sir….. I gave up and went to see the expert Adventurer, pretty much expecting what we found.. battery is fine but the starter wants about 200 amps!!!!

A known 1100 / 1150 issue starter motors ….

We discussed the issue of a refit, Brad from Edenvale said maybe but bring a sample!!!!

So we loaded the starter into my tankbag and a 4th gear bump start off and flying… oh kark fuel, I have to open the tank…OK van Buuren Sasol steep ramp to parking works a treat 3rd gear bump, then Brad, nope hasn’t got and I troll down to a short slope and bump again,,, stopped for a replenishment bumped and home  

Anyway this is a rerun of the strip etc.....

Arrived home with this in the bag!@!!~!

Remove the 4 torx bolts shown..

Pull the rear cover 2 nuts to get to the brushes
