Trailer investment and storage

Hi All.
I'm toying with the idea of buying a bike trailer.

1. Cost of ownership is affordable.
2. Storage is a problem.
3. Normal rental runs @R200 - 250 / day.

Is it really worth buying my own if I can rent or borrow one close by?
