Friend of mine seems to have sorted out the whole head-shake / tankslapper / wobble if you take your hand/s of the bars :lamer:
He replaced the steering neck with another type of bearing and he says the difference is like day and night!

My solution was to ditch the whole bike and buy a Kawasaki.............but hey, thats just me!!!
