Waterproofing Cordura Material

I have a well used Cordura (Leather Forever brand) jacket, that is no longer as "water proof" as it was when new. [Even the wind blows through more noticeably]
Is there any magic spray or liquid that I can apply to restore a waterproof lining on the outside of the jacket?
Otherwise I must just retire the poor coat and buy a new one  :-\
