- Camping for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday)
- Friday evening meal: Braaipack and a buffet with salads & breads.
- Saturday morning breakfast: Breakfast cereals, Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Toast & jams, Coffee & Tea
- Everything mentioned in Option 2 below:
Option 2:
- Camping for 1 night (Saturday)
- Saturday evening meal: Buffet of spit braaied lamb, 3 Salads, Home baked breads, jams, cheese, Dessert of koeksisters & Coffee
- Sunday Breakfast: Mieliepap prepared by experts, breakfast burger, Coffee & Tea
Additional:
- Rooms in the cottage or farmhouse @ R600 per room per night.
- All rooms sleep 2 people - some have double beds. If you book a room, find a buddy and sort out the repayment with him.
- Firewood for the braai Friday evening is supplied. All other wood for making fires is sold at a reasonable price. Share a bag with a mate. .
- There will be a cash bar all weekend.

Cottage (200m away from main site):
- Room 1: Double bed. En suite bathroom
- Room 2: 1 x ¾ bed & 1 single bed. Share bathroom with room 3
- Room 3: 2 x single beds. Share bathroom with room 2
Logistics:
- Arrive and find Heimer aka Jan de Beer to collect your meal tickets for your booking. No ticket no food.
- Do not bring any of your own booze into the main kuier area
- Please support the barman - it is his livelihood. Minimise topbox drinking.
- There is a farm dam with clean water for cooling down after your ride. Bring your swimming broeks.
- The camp site has 3 showers, but the main farmhouse have bathroom / showers at each end of the passage. Campers can use these as needed.
- There are 20 high density foam matresses for the campers. First come first served.
- Please take care not to damage ornaments and old furniture in the farmhouse.
- Friday: Pick an awesome route to the venue – too many options to mention.
- Saturday – Have a kuier with your new and old friends. Go for an outride. Prins Albert is 33km away and there is a nice loop to do to Klaarstroom hotel – Prins Albert and back.
- For the energetic, go have a ride up Swartberg pass.
- For the brave, ride the Witteberge road to the venue. It has gates and some sand.
Emergencies:
I will notify Prins Albert hospital of the event, but take all the usual care to look after yourself to not disrupt your life and those of others by showing poor judgement and / or being reckless. Make sure your medical and insurance is up to date. Accountability for injury will not be placed on the organisers or hosts.
If you are ill or suspect you are becoming ill, do not attend. People are already neurotic enough about viruses.
