Winter jacket - which one?

Looking for some advice, my bmw tour guard is not really suited for the winter weather of CPT.

What is a decent winter jacket - looking for warmth and wind protection rather than waterproof, not a big fan of wet roads if I can help it.

Looking at BMW Rallye, BMW HD dry, Alpinestars Andes but not sure.
