Looks like the issue is gone.
RAD did a cooling system flush and bled the whole thing. Where the temp gauge was usually in the top four bars, its now running in the middle in same conditions. :thumleft:
What would the main reason be for the bike running hotter than usual?
I did a 2500km trip this Des and towards the end the bike started running hotter than normally, 8-10 bars on the gauge. I do an oil and filter/screen change every 5000km and clean the air filter after every trip (uni pre-filter and DNA washable filter). The water level is where it should be. Can it just be because of the hellish weather or can it be something else?
The bike is a 2010 990 Adv R (32 000 km)
