Advice needed after hibernation

Hi All

For reasons unbeknown to me my bike has stood in the garage for the last 7 months. Plan to bring it to life tomorrow but not sure if I should maybe drain oil/fuel and replace before I do so. Went in for a service about a month before hibernation. Any advice?
