FFS you guys, what is it now?

- I drive a DR and on dim the headlight looks like a orange peal laying on the tar in front of me....
- If I drive on high beam on either day or night = I'm a twatwaffel......
- I have two 900 lumen LED spots and if I put them on at night = I'm a twatwaffle....
- If I have the two spots on at day = I'm a twatwaffle.....

I want to be seen and before we start the whole "drive safe" or "invisible" topic again. I only lane split stationary traffic or traffic flow under +/- 30kph
Rest of the time I'm in lane, keeping enough distance between me and the cager infront of me....

In the three months I've had them (spots) never ever have I had a bright flash back at me whatsoever, and in the beginning I had them on 24/7 day or night.
I travel the N2 from Somerset West to Epping with Macasser, Nyanga, Langa, Khayelitsha all join the flow of traffic, its a circus with the taxi's running left on the yellow line and the other half on the suicide lane.

So please, what's the norm??

Or do I need a freaking orange cover for the headlight??

:xxbah:
