Another “recommend a tent” thread

Looking for a good 3 man tent with a big vestibule. I need sheltered “outside” space for muddy boots etc. and potentially cooking a quick meal in bad weather.
Weight doesn’t really matter since it’s only for use on bike trips. I’d much rather have something more durable with better weather protection.

Best bet so far is the Vango Helvellyn 300

Any better recommendations? The Cloud Tourer 2 tempted me but the pack size of 80cmX26cm seemed excessive for popping on the back of the bike.
