Quick question.
What is the maximum speed that one may travel at during the yard test for a bike license (moped license)?
Our tenant went to do his today and failed because he went as fast as his instructor taught him to go, which was too fast, apparently.
BTW, it was slower than the speed a friend of mine was told to do it at.
I'll state the speed he went once I have a few answers, just for the hell of it. :mwink:
