Bike only idles with choke on

Hi

My bike only idles with choke on, I assume dirt in a jet.

Question is what is the quickest way to attempt a result?

Which pipe do I spray carb cleaner into? Or do I spray into fuel pump and push starter button to circulate ?

I took it for a spin and feels normal through the gears but I dies at the lights.
