Changing bike geometry (800GS)

I'm 1.97m tall, when I stand on the pegs it’s like touching my toes. When I straighten my legs I cannot reach the bars.
Was thinking of lowering the pegs and some risers for the bars. How high can I go with the risers without changing cables?
