So Welsh helped me out in changing the oil and filter the other day, thx Welsh! I saw however that I'd have to remove the crashbars every time to get to the sump plug. I'd like to change the oik every 5000km and the oil filter every 10000km. Call me lazy, but having to take of the crashbars every 5k km, no thank you. So I though of drilling a hole in the bashplate and crashbars plate so I could change oil with the crashbars on. Welsh lended me a metal cutting fitting that helped do the job.
He said using the diagonals od the holes of the bashplate could help me. I did not have a ruler at hand to locate position of sump plug so I took some ducktape and used it to do the same. Put the ductape (with some plastic over the sticky side) over the two protruding threaded pins on the sump plug side, cut a square out of the duck tape where the sump plug was, then put the ductape over the bshplate and crahbar plate, drilled pilothole and the rest is history. Not the neatest job, but hopefully will fulfil a purpose.
