I going camping at Dragons Peak Resort in the Berg this weekend and only found out yeasterday I can go by Bike

So I have been on Google Earth/Maps trying to check out the area but it's quite a mission. I have a Zumo 400 GPS and I don't really know how to load tracks and that sort of stuff.
Can any1 suggest a nice Map book? I prefer maps anyway because you can get an overview of the whole area.
Any advise would be great
