A mate of mine has an F650GS (2006) that misfires when it gets hot. It gets progressively worse until the bike is un-ridable. It happens right throughout the rev range.
It then has to be left to cool down, after which it will start without a problem. After about 2 or 3 miutes, it starts missing again.
Any ideas?
