F800GS Front Brake Discs = Heart Attack!

I was checking my front brake disc thickness last night.

BMW says replace at 4.5mm mine is at 4.45mm.

So this morning I phoned Bavarian in Centurion.

R5,080.00 each  = R10,160.00 per set.

This is after 60,000kms

Is there an after market alternative? What did you guys do?
