Help with Quest 2

I have problem with my Quest , if I put a GPS location in I.e I put Home location in today it starts calculating, takes about 5 min to calculate to 100 percent, then it just sits at 100 percent.It won't complete it's calculations, but it does show the direction you traveling in but won't show you the chosen route , any idea ?
