Hey it was an awesome weekend of riding and fun with all of you!!!

The routes were fantastic, not to mention the party on Saturday, well some dawgs partied every night!!!

A big thanks to Winston and Chicco for all the organising and effort they put in. Thanks Wendy too for the back up vehicle, at least we didn't have to carry all our kit all the time.

Hope you and your bike ok Tagsy? and a new battery for yours Dakota - but seems it may be something else? the rest of the bikes all performed fine, bar one or two punctures...

Misty and I did 1523km each for the weekend and arrived home at 6 last night.

Nice pics there Misty!

Agree with eSKaPe: THANKS to Wendy, you were more than a spare part ;)
Next time we will see you on your own black KLR!! :thumleft:

Misty you must show me how to compile my pictures like that.

Sure - it's very simple, just download the program Picasa free from google https://picasa.google.com/ and then you import the pics you want to use, create a collage and voila, done :)

Absolutely agreed, it was a fabulous weekend, good company, great riding, even the weather, although misty and overcast, was nice to ride in.  :ricky:
The group got on so well and I think everyone really enjoyed each minute. :thumleft:

Look like every single one enjoyed the weekend! Nice pics all of you!!! Wish we could join you, but maybe next year......the big 40 has come and gone!
Chicco......shucks.....you still look the same after ....how many years? :mwink:

What can I say but a brilliant location, brilliant routes Chicco and Co you did yourselves proud, one of the best rides I,ve done in many a year.
As for the Dawgs, what a wide and varied group of people with such a good vibe........ I,m not sure what I enjoyed more the riding or the company ............. I think both really "I,ll ask wendy"
Caaaaaaaptaain Sppaaaaanky what can I say  ???
By the way watch out for F#$%^&^ng railway lines and wear ATGATT no exceptions.........
Can we have the next one just a little bit farther north west  :ricky:

Unfortunately Tagsy's fun time got halved when he pranged on a bridge. It was late afternoon and he missed the turn-off to Futululu and carried on straight. He was distracted by a few locals at a bridge and did not see the railway lines on the bridge that runs inline wiff the bridge (as oppose to across) and he hit one at an angle and came down hard, he nearly went over the side of the bridge.

Chico organised a trailer to fetch him and his buggered bike and also arranged for the bike to be taken back courtesy of Jaco. Tagsy is a tough bugger and although full of einas joined us for the evenings shenanigans albeit in limping mode but that did not stop him from entertaining us with his usual wise cracks and jokes.

We wish him a speedy recovery.

Get well soon Tagsy we missed you on the rest of the trip buddy...  :'(

The thought of you going for a swim was scary ... maybe those airbags were not such a bad idea....

But Winston is correct you are tough and we will be riding togeather again really soon.
