I got a call from a guy who's wife wants to go the the yearly Christmas Arts & Craft Fair in Wartburg on Saturday.
It's always the last Saturday in Nov at the Town Hall.
How they gonna fit a few Christmas trees, some kegs of beer, and a few hams on the back of a Dakar with pillion passenger is a question I forgot to ask.
He asked if the road up past Nagle was rideable and safe - I said indeed - I do i often - and there are a few things to see just off the road like the Msilili and Mqeku falls and valley that are worth detouring to see.
And then the thought of those delicious German chips at the Wartburger Hof started to torment me, and next thing I am volunteering willingly to show him the way up :ricky:
So this is a heads up there may be a gentle little sightseeing ride up that way on Sat if anyone wants to tag along
I have to be back in Durban early afternoon so it won't be too long.
