Myself and AJ raced down the final part of descent to get some drinks and eats from a spaza shop to take back to the guys on the big bikes

We rode back to the group and had a welcome little picnic on the route

We were back in Hazyview just before dark, JesseH and myself enjoying a pizza and milkshake and very happy that we could trailer the bikes back to Nelspruit

How did the 990 cope with the slow riding and engine temp. I guess the fans worked overtime?

Both 990's did extremely well. Most of the difficult sections were downhill where they switched off engines and went down against compression. Two very skilled riders!
