Wanted Looking for the following Bivouac Equipment

Hi - I am looking for someone that can make / provide the following:
- Paddock stands for approximately 32 bikes (These numbers are not final)
- Tarpaulins (2,4m x 2.4m) with eye rings and tent pegs to hold the tarpaulins down
