I camped at a place called Laste Nakke (I don't know)

That is actually Laske Nakke...... and the name comes from the afrikaans term

Ek kan ek Sal ( I can, I will)

read it in reverse....

Thanks skillie, very interresting.

Actually after two days of cold and wet I was wondering if it meant "Lastige Natheid".  >:D

I belive you  ;D

I actually had to take 2 visiting family members with their bikes back on Sunday after on of them fell between Dulstroom and Lydenburg on Friday morning. They are all quite new to the bike touring thing and lost all confidence when they had the little off.

It was VERY PAINFULL driving up to JHB on Sunday, it normally takes me roughly 3 hours from Nelspruit, but Sunday it took me 6 hours there and 5 hours back.

Nice one Uncle  ;) At least you decided to GO. Good for you. Nice report.
