A driffie with sandy bottom or reasonably fast flowing water is fine, the ones which are scary are the cemented driffies with just enough water over them to allow algae growth.  They can drop you as if you have been shot.

Just another notorious off spot. You ride over a slight hill and don't see the bend. I understand a few has gone off the road there.

Daar is te veel plekke om te lys.  Ek kan dink aan die oos kanaalpad vanaf Harties wat 'n paar draaie het wat jou kan uitvang.
Kan dink aan een hobbel met 'n draai na links daarna en die kanaal reg voor jou wat jou kan uitvang as jy haastig is.

Ander probleem is paaie verander gou.  Onthou 'n sand gedeelte na Rankin's pass en toe ek dit 'n 2e keer gaan ry toe is dit weg.


Vaalwater se kant toe moet jy vinnig dink as jy om hierdie draai kom.
