TUBELESS TYRE CONVERSIONS â?? ON NORMAL SPOKE WHEELS FOR BMW F650 GS/DAKAR, KTM 640/950/990, HONDA XRV750 AFRICA TWINS, XLV 650 TRANSALP, KAWASAKI KLR 650, ETC, ETC

After a lengthy process of trial, many errors and endurance testing of note, we together with a world-renowned market-driven specialist Chemical Company, who provide technology competence have eventually been able to develop a very successful formula and process to convert Tube type Motorcycle Wheels into Tubeless Wheels on specifically all makes and models of Adventure Motorcycles suited for excursions across Africa, which have Spoke Wheels, which take Tubes.

Tests were carried out on numerous Motorcycle makes and models, but the ultimate test was carried out on 1 x BMW F650 Dakar and 1 x KTM 990 Adventure, which crossed Africa with the conversions fitted and evaluated with overwhelming and pleasing success.

A crucial factor for the Tubeless Tyre Conversions success was that the Tyres were run at 3 bars at the Rear and 2.6 bar in the Front, even through the very soft sand of the Nubian Desert.

We concluded that during extensive testing with softer/less Tyre Pressure the actual Wheel Rims were more susceptible to taking more of the impact in especially rocky areas, thus bending the Rims and causing slow punctures or quick blow-outs.

No problems were experienced with the special formulated product that sealed off the Spoke areas on the inside of the Rims clearly indicating that the preparation of the inside of the loose Wheels needs to be meticulously prepared before applying the special sealant to seal off the back of the Spokes at the Spoke Nipple end.

The cost of the Tubeless Tyre conversions is R650.00 + VAT per good condition straight loose stripped bare Wheel.

Prices quoted above are Nett.

This conversion makes repairing punctures so much easier and no spare Tubes need to be dragged along in case an unrepairable Tube situation occurs

Don't really understand the problem with the pressures - surely all bikes would be affected at low pressure in rocky areas? ??? :-\
