Old Mill drift 4x4 route ( test your will to live )

Last week Friday a friend of mine and myself decided to ride the Old Mill drift 4x4 route. It is about 30km south of Clarens in the Freestate.
The route starts at the Old Mill drift picnic area and then works it way up over the Maluti mountain to the southern side of Clarens.
As you can see from the pictures, the view is absolutely stunning. The route's dificulty level varied from easy to technical to almost impossible. We were taking it easy at a leisurely pace and it took us more than 3 hours to complete the 34km. Needless to say, we were completely exhausted at the end of the trail.

Ganjora did that ride solo last year sometime and this year after the Freestate bash, Ganjora and Grootseun did it again. It is on my "to do URGENTLY" list!!!!

It is the first time I see it being done on a "big" bike. Ganjora did it once on the KLR650 and once on the DR650, Grootseun did it on a Dakar!
