Recently when I took the TA to the petrol station, I noticed that the tank neck has a few spots of RUST....she has been standing in the garage for most of the winter....maybe short ride, when some sunshine was about.
Had a good look and it seems (from what I can see) that the rust is only on the neck....bike currently running well, no misfire, all seems to be good.
Petrol filter looks clean.
When looking inside, all appears "clean", except for around the inside of the neck.
Am concerned that the rust will spread within the tank...and most importantly, can I trust the Bike and go on long rides?
Any ideas, suggestions...would be appreciated.
