Seeing Andy 660's report on SOTHEMBA LODGE I decided to phone them to get prices for a stay over this Saturday the 2nd. They have a biker special going at the moment @R300.00 for a tent.
This is more my kind of budget, PLUS they have a bar!!! And food, so you just rock up there, same as Stongehenge tented camp.

Planning on leaving around 9-10 Saturday morning going: Op die Berg, refuel, katbakkies,padstal(for a beer or 2). They are about 6km from the padstal. Sunday morning back on the R355,Ceres, home.
If anyone is interested to tag along let me know. If not, I am going anyway.
