This trip had me grinning ear to ear, it was the first trip Mrs. Drazil was doing with me over 100km.(2875km total)

It started with Johnst  posting the trout outing so since it was different  I promptly put our names down, change the bikes tires from the Heides to Anakees for the amount of tar I was going to travel and was not disappointed as we cruised around 160-170km in some areas without even feeling it.

This was a very scenic trip in a different part of our great country and the wife really enjoyed and my shares climbed radically.
We met the clan and whatever worries one has when meeting total strangers was quickly dispelled they were normal down to earth good people, this made me start observing other people that live in the areas we travel through and has opened my eyes how different we all are and yet have our place in society.( a new hobby)

As normal I took to many photos , so I will try to not post to many.

There was some serious tyre burning at Phuthaditjhaba near Tseseng so we could not cut into Natal Drakensburg national park so we turned back with all the taxis and people but soon found gravel to sterkfontein dam we decided to go instead. The Anakees handled great but give me the Heidies for the dirt.

There was a BMW gathering in the Burg and a few BMW riders stopped off for breakfast.
This GS1200 caught my eye and the owner gave me its history.
He bought the GS1200 standard; put Road bike rims and tyres.Fitted one of the BMW road bike engines and gearbox made some extras and is sitting on a custom R340 000 GS.  :eek7:
Check it out, is it another form of art.
Well by now I’ve met snobs in galleries, rioters in townships, possers on custom bikes what next---------JohnST and the gang.
