Problem one
The one bolt of the grab rail on my tiger 800 XC broke right of. No problem I will drill a hole and easy out it. Problem it is steel bolt.
I first drill a small hole. Then a little bigger hole. At least I tried. F#&k up is the drill bit broke of in the bolt. No I can not get it out or drill another hole in it. It is next to wiring so heat or welding probably not an option.
Note the bolt screw right into the sub frame. No way that can be taken off. Who can I take the bike to to fix that? In Gauteng area
I am going to Namibia in 3 weeks and need to get this fixed. I can take the bike to someone with the knowhow and tools on Friday and even leave it there until its fixed.
Please tell me who can I take it to.
