The route through Lesotho the next day took us just under 11 hours to complete
We arrived at Mokghotlong in 3 hours and then left for Katse Dam wall via the Thaba Tseka road at Letseng diamond mine. The red route started at the Katse turnoff and is undoubtedly one of the roughest pieces of road i have ever encountered, including the whole of the Amageza 2012 route! It took is 3 hours 40 minutes at an ave of 21 km/h and was just over 80km's long. Hard stats !

This road should rather be attempted on plastics and not adventure bikes!
The bigger bikes like 1200's 990' adv and 950 adv will not make this road on a similar trip.
Dodo is a very accomplished rock rider and even he swore at the grade of difficulty a coupla times here..............and that on an SE!
One can see at the difference in height what the route entailed.............lots of descents and what follows.............ascents over rocks!

Unfortunately my helmet cam's batterries died just before the start of this section

Bummer!
