Another person on my path who blessed me.

OK, this is maybe going to be a bit controversial, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I am not looking for accolades, recognition, fame or anything else like that, I just want to honour my boy.

So, before I continue with this RR, and please note, the tears are flowing as I write this, I have a cause, I have an objective, a goal, all I am asking, please, all of you out there who are a part of this RR, just post the following:

I am not doing this for personal gain, I am putting myself out there, not hiding anything, so that I can do whatever I have been put on this earth for to do, having gone through something no parent wants to go through, and it is so easy to just give up. I know, I have been there many times, God knows, but I cannot do this alone.

I just can't. I need an army behind me to fight the good fight.

It is what it is. For my boy.

Next stop, Billis Farm, outside Mulilima, where I stayed on my way up.

Hole in the road, just make it obvious, not your regular H&S Regulations, but everybody knows it is there.

I had supper with Doug Baker and Delphine Liu, the Americans, the previous night. Doug just travels the world and on occasion one of his "adopted" children join him on his adventures.

I had forgotten to put this up on the 25 June post, when this happened.

While I was sitting on the deck, Delphine came up to me, all shy and demure, and handed me some notes.

The yellow underlined word had not been filled in. I took the notes and went and sat where I had sat with Brandon the previous day. After that, I asked her to fill in the word "impact". That is what I felt that Brandon would want me to have. IMPACT.

Such a young lady with such insight.

I also forgot to mention that Doug came and sat with me and we had a long chat. A caring, passionate and gentle human being. It was an honour to meet you, Doug Baker.

This poem hit me hard

My son is 1 year younger than Brandon, he has blessed us with a now 1 year old grandson,
I am reading and telling Brandons story, showing your pictures and path to healing to the little one, he probably doesnt understand, maar dis olraait

You are touching lives and helping others heal from their own demons
