Hi there!

I don't know if this is the right section, but like we always have the right to speak up when we get bad service, I also believe that it is very important to give credit where credit's due.

I gave my rear shock in last Friday afternoon after something went wrong on a 'diy improvement'. ( https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=20323.0 )

I got the shock back today and what impressed me (apart from the good and friendly service) was his willingness to explain and show what's going on, what's wrong and what was fixed.

Transparent and honest up front about what might be issues and then making sure you understand what he did and why.

I really got the impression that he wanted to get my rear shock back into the bike in as best possible condition while still trying to be as cost effective as possible. He also doesn't work like the other guys and respond with a 'can't be done'.
He's got a 'leave it here and I'll try and make a plan' attitude. And from what I hear he usually manages to make one ;D

His site and contact info can be found here: https://www.mpcustomvalve.co.za/contact.html

Seriously - if you have shock absorber fixing/upgrading needs, dont' even look further...

And no, I don't work for him!

;D ;D ;D ;D
