Yesterday I wanted to fit a new shock to replace the air shock, but the bottom mounting needs some machining, and very few of the other farkles I had planned materialized, so in the end I fitted a BMC filter and chopped 10cm off the @ Bro's exhaust and put that on the bike.

Me liked the sound, so I called Excalibur and asked if he was keen to ride today.

Off at 7am and headed for the Canal route. What a splendid day to be out riding - although there was a slight chill in the early morning air.

Excalibur and old faithful

After breakfast we decided to head for the notorious Groot Klip

……..look at these miserable souls

Roads were generally n a good condition

IMG_0629_.jpg

From the Groot Klip we headed east to Blue Moonlight Lodge to visit Bikermice and his son

IMG_0631_.jpg

He bought himself a lewensgevaarlik and fitted a few farkles this past week – check this Arpovic – sounds awesome and gives more horses
