Bart is great value for money and excellent company if anything mechanically goes wrong. Only recently made his acquaintance and am all the richer for it.
Dan has a wicked humour and a fountain of knowledge on almost anything. Competent on anything 2 wheeled.
Marc, smous of note. Man of international mystery.

I rate your route as one of the finest. And time of year is perfect. Middle summer is a lot less pleasant.

After a short ride to Kommagas, we fill up again to ensure we can reach Oewerbos

Was such a treat to run into you guys between nothing and nowhere. We’d obviously discussed it and hoped we’d cross paths. After we left Oasis, everytime time I saw headlights coming over the hills I got super excited. After about two hours I’d given up hope just 5 minutes before we saw you and sommer shed a little tear because I was looking forward to seeing my boet that much
Also great meeting [member=10935]BuRP[/member] and [member=13878]Muffin Man[/member]

On that route the real deep sand is on the portion you skipped- Groenrivier to Hondeklip via the park.

Good excuse to come back, but luckily there was a few more days of sand riding left.
