What is it with people who have Think bike stickers on their cars but insist on talking on their cell phones while driving, normally vehicles worth a fair penny too!!

I saw four cars today alone like this.
Went down to Hout bay and the amount of people driving chatting away on the phone down the twisty road was frightening, clearly no enforcement being done in this area, neither is there any self control of the drivers concerned!!
