I vote for next year staying at the same place and riding through Wupperthal and back for the route.
Organize fuel at Oasis on the way back.
Is Stonehege in the WC or NC? If its in the NC its by a ballhair's thickness over the borderline. And it is really close to CT.
I really though there would be more WD's.
Anyway we had enough people there from the NC too.

Excellent Idea Chris , and we already have a route in mind .I did a piece of it with Crossed-up on the way home , and yes it can include Wupperthal  and Oasis.
There is a weee bit of sand in places  and some water !

Thats if Dik Geluk en Faan wil have us!! :mwink: :thumleft:

Yip...i met with Faan yesterday and expressed interest in using Stonehenge as a base again. He's all smiles :)
I think it's a great idea as there are so many variables for routes.
Fuel at either Oasis or Wupperthal might present a logistical problem but i'm sure we can organise.

It's also up to the guys if they want the Bash at the same venue? I'm also thinking of the guys who come from far and put a lot of effort into getting to the WC Bash....we don't want the EC boys getting bored! ;D
Maybe we can run a poll with some options?

Bored...................who us - not easily! Stonehenge is awesome and there are so many routes to get there!

thats giving them a head start  :mwink:

I personally believe that the WC bashes are successful not only because of the organising and games that are held, barrel ,sand,go slow races ect but because of the different and great venues found by the WC crew.Different is always good. :thumleft:
The last bash which due to commitments i could not go looked like a POW camp but the fun and adventure spirit was certainly there as per usual WC bash and I am sorry to have missed an awesome event with old friends that I have met over the past WC bashes.

And that is why we ride. :thumleft:

I realy don't mind on which side of the border Stonehenge and the route is located. Even if it's 2 ballhairs into the northern terretory it'll be fine. The idee of wupperthal sounds like music in my ears. There are realy enough variety in the possible routes to and from to keep that interesting as well.
Ek kry skoon hoedervleis by die gedagte.
