Ai Pete, I'm still waiting on the bloody assessor. Aparently they only appointed him yesterday morning. The meaty part of the equasion is fine, working on the ego now.

Maar ja daai toilette was nogals 'n belewenis ne , mens moes so 'n chicken run doen , net in en uit , nie die plek om Sondag oggend koerant te lees nie  :imaposer:

Ek dink mens moet jou broek buite in die ope lug laat sak,  jou neus toedruk, en dan so reverse tot jy voel jy is by die toilet, jou ding doen en dan weer so uit loop sonder om te kyk!

While getting dressed Fridaymorning Groenmamba phones me from Riversdale. I forgot my Camelbak at home!!
Where to get one in Rdale?! Dunno says I. As far as I know they only sell "papsakke" in Rdale. Well he got one at
the local "handelshuis" and he waited for me and we rode together all the way to Stonehedge. MissesL was VERY
happy about this as I was on crutches. We took the tar through Garcia turned to Laingsburg and turned off on
the Witteberge road to Konstabel. What a stunning road!!

Witteberge road. Go do this road in the winter. It would be stunning.

The old trainsideing at Konstabel. Its 25 kms from Touwsriver on the N1.

Next the long strait dirtroad to Stonehedge. Ive never been here before but I like the size of their braaifire!!

Early Saturdaymorning. Seven of us decided to take a slightly different route.

Bloukranspas towards Calvinia. Here I mentioned having some coffee in town. It seems I speak a foreign language
because everytime I said coffee I was told beer would be better!!!! :biggrin: :thumleft:

The hoteldog in Calvinia. She just jumped up and stayed there for our visit!!

Same as these two years ago in Namibia. Jumped up and fell assleep immediately. I must smell like a dog I guess!!! :mwink:

We then took this road through the Roggeveld mountains passed a friend of mine's farm.

End of the road for this old tractor.

Quickly said hi to my friend on the farm and left for Middelpos. I heard mutterings of beer again!!!

Sundaymorning Groenmamba and I left together again rode home via Touwrsiver, Montague, Barrydale, Heidelberg
and Riversdale.
It was a great weekend and ride. Groenmamba thanks for throwing my leg over the seat so many times!! :thumleft:

So will it be Stonehegde again next year? :mwink: :thumleft:
