This probably sounds like a stupid question, but exactly hów tight is one's helmet supposed to fit?
Soos ek dit verstaan neem dit mettertyd vorm aan en word dit meer gemaklik hoe meer jy dit dra.
But as soon as I take it off after so much as 5 minutes .. once the pressure releases I'm guaranteed a decent headache.
Besides the fact that my ears are being stripped of all 9 piercings as I try to take the helmet off.
Is dit normaal aan die begin of is my helmet te klein? ???
