Help to recommend a ride 4 days CPT heading North

I have 4 days, and willingness to do 500-700km a day, I'd like to head North from Cape Town towards Namaqua National Park, and then east.

Can anyone help recommend a route as much offroad as possible and with camping, that'll fit the above description?
