Then I found RAPTOR F22 on his GSA as well.

That left just one more person out in front to get on camera.....my Buurman op sy Katoom :ricky:

What I like to do is get some footage of the guys as I pass them....then pull over to the side & get them coming past again. Few more shots of the guys waving as we made our way up towards the Bloukraans Pass, just outside Calvinia.

Dave was waisting NO time on his 990......check that dust trail behind him.

Got a few nice shots as "RideAlot" & I rode past this small helicopter parked next to this house.

Last stretch leading up to the lookout point @ the top of the pass. Some truly Awesome sections on this road......with a few sections you need to just keep your eyes open for.

OK then....let me start posting again.

After a brief stop @ the lookout point on the pass....we continued again on the last section of the R355 Gravel Highway towards Calvinia. Couple more shots along the way :ricky:

Almost near the end of the R355, we were stopped @ the 1st of many "Stop/Go" points along out route towards Brandvlei. This one was just outside Calvinia. Wasn't too long before we started  moving again.

Shame....these dudes really love it when you say "Thanks" as you ride past :ricky: :thumleft: Snapped these rather large potable water reservoirs along the road & the bridge you cross into Calvinia.

Stopped for fuel, got something cold to drink & started moving again. Really loved the shot I got of this "Old Toppie" cruising happily down the main road of Calvinia in his "Rather Fast Wheelchair" :lol8: :lol8: :lol8:

Out on the open road for a while again until before we got another "Stop/Go".....this time we got lucky & it was GO for us :thumleft: :thumleft:

Next "Stop/Go"....we weren't so lucky & ended up waiting for almost 15 minutes. Oh well......gave me a little time to get of my Scooter & photos.

Right.....almost 15 min later.....we were able to move again. Got a few nice shots of "road works" in progress ;D

Liked these shot I got of one of the small "pans" we rode past. Also managed to snap Raptor F22 doing his "Standing Handless Pose" :ricky: ;D ;D Pity I couldn't get a closer shot.

Next Stop was the fuel station @ Branvlei. Eish......my buurman se Katoom was so gelaai met baie min spaasie.......sure made for good footage of his graceful dismount  ot: :imaposer: :imaposer: :imaposer:

We got some more cold stuff to drink, checked out Scooters & started moving ASAP.

On our way out.....we made another quick stop to pick up a few beers & Fred was doing his utmost best to fit them into his already "overfull" panniers & topbox :imaposer: :lol8: :lol8: BTW....very good idea to stuff them inside your tekkies :thumleft: :lol8: :lol8:

Sure had a good laugh watching that with lots of "side comments" from the peanut gallery standing there next to us. :lol8: :lol8:
