Down into the valley and then some random pics.
Tried to show the cut which we came up - a great section of ground road with some track up to this church.

snapper getting ready for his second run......
talking abou that - I was seriously impressed with snapper keeping it together with all the XR's around. Not the same game riding a XTZ 660 and a XR 650 or XR 600 !!
Well done snapper  :thumleft:

Clint running that pretty XR 600 down the other side - followed by zacappa - or was that Mr G mmmm getting the pics mixed.

Talking about snappers second run - some stats about those that took a rest on some occasion or another.
The rests weren't necessarily voluntary - just a little lie down here and there ...  :pot:
The count goes - to the best of my recollection:
flex - 2
snapper - 1
zacapa - 1
Mr G - 0
Clint XR600 - 0

G Whizz, Flex...for somebody complaining about not being able to put a RR together I think you done alright! :laughing4: Just took a while though.........who is Snapper....I thought he goes by the name Offside?  ???(Age I tell you)

Glad to of have done the ride with some KZN Dawgs. I am not going to over elaborate how nice the ride was.....the pics I believe will give a conservative overview of what went down........let me rather say what took place :3some:

I now see how this thing about ride reports works and the etiquette involved - thx Gunda for explanation in other forum post. We must talk about
GPS technology sometime. Here's a few more pics - gotta improve on my photography though!
The pics feature in sequence - Snapper/Offside? amongst a local crowd of groupies, Contemplating essential rubber,
Take1-Scene2 - how will i make a plan to get up the Rock!, How green is my valley, Solution found with man in funny hat looking on.
Thanks a lot to all involved on the day - much fun, dirt, wheelspin, powersliding and compression of suspension was had by all.
When are we going again? This coming weekend?  :ricky:

Thanks all for a great day out.
The bed wetting and crying in my sleep only happened the first night after the ride and my counselor is assures me
that with a few more sessions I will be able to put the experience behind me.
Who knows I may even ride again.
I think an XR would be a great second bike.

Apologies, snapper was supposed to join us........  but didn't make it (if I remmber correctly)
Offside - your riding was very impressive bud!!
Jeepers those photo's are great, not sure I should bother posting anymore?
How about Sat, only thing is I have people around at 16:00 - will have to get back a bit earlier. Its those after ride refreshments I tell you !!!!    :mwink: My lips are sealed. Maybe I can only stay for one - if we ride Sat again.
What you guys think ?

HA ha very funny Offside  :D

Last few pics before I close.
Had to post this one - 2 shots.
Never heard of somebody that needs a toilet role to blowe his nose on a bush ride ..........  :imaposer:

Last post.
A few pics of us coming out of that brilliant river section, before going over to the Peacevale / Westmead side.
Never been into that area before - could have been in Malawi !!  :3some:

So, thats all I got.
Don't like that one pic of yours Offiside, with me inspecting that back tyre - you can clearly see I'm starting to thin out on top..........

I think that the Farmer's Market technically falls under Assagay.
