I dont know how you feel about it but on the sore topic of the coffee-table book, my ma-in-law made me and the missus a book of our wedding. It cost over a grand, but if I had the trip you guys just experienced, I would definitely have one printed, showing off in my living room. You gotta preserve it! :lamer:

As a 7 year old I read "Jock of the Bushveld" it set my mind alight and took 10 years for me to stand next to his memorial.

As a 47 year old I read your reports and find myself printing each and every map you have in the silly hope of being able to emulate is some way a small part of this incredible journey in the future, words fail me as so may others have tried to say how they feel about this RR of yours. What an experience for a 5 year old !! One she'll treasure for ever.

MJ, you need to write a book... any book that has 2 wheels at it's heart... I'll put down the R200 deposit for a copy today still...and I mean that.

An inspiration to others in no uncertain terms.
