Tyres and Tools

Need some help please. Recently got a 2016 DCT AT and it has Karoo Street back and front. Going on a trip to Swakopmund via Rosh Pinah, Aus, Solitaire etc.
Do I need to change, MotOZ was recommended.
Secondly, I need TOOLS for tires etc
