Regardless of you finishing or not, seriously well done! You've wet your feet now so I'm sure we'll get a full report next year (hint hint)

- BTW, very cool meeting you today, recognised the green KTM as soon as I road in - and of course the helmet lol

Awesome photo!

Oh and!

Sorry I've been slow on posting the last few days. HSK and I are attending the 10th Annual National Wild Dog Bash at Gariep dam, and there's been sooo much to do, packing, getting the bikes ready, booking my kitty cats into the cat hotel. We are leaving tomorrow and I'll only be back Monday evening or so. Can't wait to ride my 690 again :ricky:

Will post the rest of the report once I'm back. Thanks for bearing with me so far guys :thumleft:

Minxy, did you manage to find out the reason of the oil loss on your stead ?

Total respect Minxy. More please! :sip:

Aaaannnnd I will try to get around to writing some more this evening. ::)

Minxy, congratulations and well done!  Never mind the fact that the bike conked out, you had the guts to do it and go out there.  We'll all be rooting for you again in the next one!

Just started reading this RR, been out of the country and busy with work so missed the whole thing .... ::)

Still working through your report, but have to say WELL DONE!  It takes a lot of guts, what ever your gender to try something as hard as this without any sort of prior experience.  But it takes more being a woman, for no other reason than many other people just don't expect you to be able to do it.

Huge respect!

Enjoying your story immensely!

This comment made me laugh a lot!
Anyway, a few people said in the official Amageza thread, that when navigation is tough basically just man the **** up and magically fart out some directions or some ****. But when the roadbook, doesn't tell you things like there's a village and seriously, without a doubt says "nah just go straight, definitely don't go left then right. No no no, just go straight!!!" Urgh? Sad Really!? Really, really?

Sorry for keeping you guys in suspense. I had a few things come up in the real life which really hampered my writing motivation. Some happiness today though as I picked up the Vrouekeur Magazine! I am honoured to be a part of this weeks issue. It's a fantastic write up :D Hope you guys can make out what it says from the picture :)

. . and you read and understand Afrikaans well ?

Ek dink Minxy lees en verstaan Afrikaans beter as baie Afrikaanse mense wat ek ken...

@Minxy, OK, genoeg verskonings en limelight en events, maak nou jou ride report klaar voor die volgende Amageza asseblief  :pot:
