Noneking, you seem to have run out of fuel a few times. Were you running the standard fuel tank?

Yes I was

8 weeks before the trip, I ordered an IMS tank through a company in Cape Town. I was informed that delivery would take 6-8 weeks as it was a special order and would have to be imported. I paid a 50% deposit and placed my order for a 4.1 gal tank. 5 weeks later, I was informed that something had gone wrong import and they would not be able to honour my order in time. I cancelled the order and my deposit was refunded.

At this point I was very worried, but Hardy assured me that I would never have to wait long for petrol. On this day things got complicated because of Ri's accident and Dwerg's breakdown and therefore a longer than ideal wait next to the track

a Monkey apple (that is what we call it) struck me against my ear as I went through some low hanging branches. For a moment I thought some disgruntled Himba took a punch at me. That's what you get for not wearing a helmet. My ear kept bleeding until we made it to camp.
